Assembly Technician, Airframes

Responsibilities

• Perform precise assembly of various aircraft sub-systems and components
• Execute accurate soldering techniques for electrical and mechanical connections
• Apply correct screw installation methods and torque control
• Utilize Loctite and other bonding agents appropriately within assemblies
• Identify and rectify rework opportunities to ensure minimal defects
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace
• Contribute to production flow by focusing on sub-assembly speed and accuracy

Requirements

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related technical field
• Familiarity with soldering techniques
• Experience with fastening methods and torque control
• Ability to follow detailed technical drawings and instructions
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Basic computer literacy for documentation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle small components
