Assembly Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute assembly activities to ensure all customer requirements are met.
• Create and manage work orders to accurately identify necessary resources, including supplies, personnel, and time.
• Perform regular quality inspections to guarantee products meet established standards and specifications.
• Manage assembly material inventories to ensure accuracy, up-to-date records, and availability.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and execute action plans to achieve and exceed established KPIs.
• Ensure the team is fully trained on specific customer requirements and quality standards.

• Proven experience in assembly coordination and production supervision.
• Strong expertise in work order management and resource planning.
• Proficiency in inventory management and quality control inspections.
• Ability to manage and analyze KPIs to drive operational improvements.
