Assembly Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute assembly projects for industrial installations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, safety, and contractual requirements
• Organize site planning by defining necessary equipment and resources
• Design assembly phasing, lifting plans, site facilities, and team organization
• Supervise work execution to meet quality, safety, cost, and schedule standards
• Manage and support site personnel to achieve project objectives
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers on-site

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• Significant experience in supervising and planning industrial installation assembly
• Proven experience in Green Field and Brown Field projects
• Experience with retrofit projects in both shut-down and operational installations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction planning software
• English language proficiency at a B1 level
• Ability to travel regularly as required by the role
