Assembly Production Team Lead - Power Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the inspection, assembly, and verification of SAR satellite power subsystems, including electronic boards, solar panels, and batteries
• Coordinate daily production team activities to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of satellite mechanical assemblies
• Develop and improve work instructions, assembly procedures, tooling, and jigs in collaboration with AIT and production engineering
• Train and mentor production technicians in mechanical best practices and compliance with IPC/ECSS guidelines
• Implement and maintain Lean manufacturing and 6S practices across production areas
• Collaborate with Engineering, AIT, and Quality teams to resolve integration challenges and drive design-for-manufacturing improvements
• Support root cause analysis and non-conformance resolution for power-related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace or high-reliability electronics assembly environments
• Proven experience leading production teams
• Strong understanding of power systems, including PCBAs and batteries
• Knowledge of satellite systems and familiarity with industry quality standards
• Hands-on mindset with a willingness to work directly on the production floor
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling production environment
