Assembly Packer

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and semi-manual packing duties and basic machine adjustments
• Gather production materials, feed, count, stack, and replenish packaging supplies
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain safe work habits
• Conduct continuous quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain accurate records of production and materials used
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and orderly in accordance with 5S/5M standards
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems for inventory control and accuracy
• Assist with other roles such as operator or material handler as needed

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions)
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to become forklift certified (standup and sit-down lifts)
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or repetitive assembly
