Assembly-Packaging Machine Operator Expert

Responsibilities

• Start up, operate, and monitor Assembly & Packaging machines
• Perform 1st level maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and machine set-ups
• Carry out product changeovers and adjustments to ensure efficient operation
• Train and mentor new machine operators
• Participate in preventive maintenance and machine improvement initiatives
• Monitor and record machine interventions, product parameters, and machine efficiency
• Conduct quality control of final products and perform audit controls according to inspection plans
• Identify and report safety issues and comply with all HSE and Quality regulations

Requirements

• Technical School or Technical Institute Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Certified Technician license (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Advanced PC literacy, specifically with MS Office
• Ability to work in shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience, preferably within an industrial field
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
