Assembly Operator

Responsibilities

• Align, fit, adjust, and assemble parts using hand and power tools to meet product requirements
• Test finished parts to ensure they meet all quality and performance standards
• Inspect final products for defects or inconsistencies
• Implement and follow all safety protocols and environmental compliance standards
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the team leader immediately
• Participate in maintaining a strong safety culture and implementing 5S objectives
• Use hoists to lift parts and equipment as required by the assembly process

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, and multiply two-digit numbers
• Ability to stand and walk for approximately 95% of the shift
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
