Assembly Operator

Responsibilities

• Assemble tree harvesting attachments by installing components into pre-assemblies or onto fabricated structures
• Follow digital work instructions to ensure correct sequence, orientation, and torque application
• Perform in-process quality checks for fit, alignment, and defects to ensure high-quality builds
• Maintain safe operations by following PPE requirements and using approved lifting and rigging methods
• Conduct daily preventative maintenance and routine checks on tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and compliant work area following 5S standards
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet daily production targets

Requirements

• Relevant and proven trade or mechanical experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and reporting
• Ability to follow complex processes and quality control procedures
• Understanding of safety standards and compliance in a manufacturing environment
