Assembly Operator

Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical devices, subassemblies, and medical device products according to production orders and work instructions.
• Interpret technical documentation, including labels, procedures, diagrams, and production orders.
• Manipulate various tools and equipment such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, cutters, and welding machines to ensure correct assembly.
• Maintain an optimal, safe, and organized workstation in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Report any process anomalies or potential improvements to supervisors to reduce non-conforming products.
• Support the execution of experimental work and validation processes as required.
• Comply with all corporate and legal EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachillerato aprobado en Educación Media).
• At least 2 years of experience in medical device manufacturing processes.
• At least 1 year of experience in electromechanical assembly processes.
• Valid visa and passport (Indispensable).

Preferred Qualifications

• Electronics technician degree (Técnico en electrónica).
