Assembly - Off Line Repair

Responsibilities

• Perform water heater repairs, including tear-downs, re-assemblies, and foam removal.
• Comply with all safety, quality, and procedure requirements outlined in work instructions.
• Operate in a LEAN manufacturing environment and provide feedback on process improvements.
• Identify quality issues and troubleshoot resolutions with the production team.
• Input scrap and repair data into computer systems to quantify losses.
• Use basic manual and automatic hand tools for assembly and repair tasks.
• Maintain organization and housekeeping within the repair area.
• Move inventory and tanks using lift-assist equipment and ensure part accuracy.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability regarding attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
