About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Lead testing, validation, and final system verification processes
- Serve as a technical advisor to supervisors and a subject matter expert for the team
- Mentor and train new and transferred employees on technical processes and safety
- Assist with production planning, daily/weekly scheduling, and reviewing print packages or BOMs
- Drive continuous improvement by performing root cause analysis and optimizing workflows
Requirements
- Advanced troubleshooting expertise in electrical systems (12V DC / 110V AC)
- Proficiency in repairing mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and system integration diagrams
- Physical ability to lift up to 40lbs unassisted
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience with hydraulic systems
- Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a manufacturing environment
