About the role
Responsibilities
- De-assemble and assemble components for hydropower plants
- Perform functional and quality controls, including pressure tests
- Ensure timely assembly while adhering to safety and quality standards
- Create detailed protocols within the Quality Management System (QMS)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Polymechaniker or Landmaschinenmechaniker EFZ
- Proven experience in assembly work and specialized knowledge in assembly technology
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime during high-volume periods
- Team player with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid crane operator certification
- Valid working at heights/height safety certification
