Assembly Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing operations to ensure production is safe, efficient, and timely
• Schedule and assign personnel based on manufacturing demands and individual strengths
• Provide hands-on product and process support on the shop floor
• Communicate, train, and coach employees to achieve operational initiatives and high-quality standards
• Monitor and track output, labor efficiencies, operating expenses, and quality indicators
• Drive continuous improvement and positive results in operational Key Process Indicators (KPIs)
• Build working relationships with Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, Planning, and Quality departments

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related manufacturing work experience
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Labour Laws
• Strong conflict resolution and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Ability to set direction and make decisions with little to no direct supervision
• Availability to support or operate on off shifts as required
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
