Assembly Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the assembly workshop
• Manage and lead a team of approximately 30 employees with a strong field presence
• Ensure the achievement of objectives regarding quality, cost, lead times, and safety
• Develop team skills, promote versatility, and provide daily support to staff
• Implement clear organizational structures, management routines, and performance indicators (KPIs)
• Drive continuous improvement projects and process optimization
• Lead team meetings and problem-solving workshops
• Collaborate closely with production, methods, industrialization, quality, and logistics teams

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in industrial team management
• Proven expertise in field management and hands-on leadership
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse teams
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to structure activities and manage clear organizational workflows
• Engineering or technical degree is preferred but not strictly required
