Assembly Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve faults in robotic cells and general services such as compressors.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assembly equipment.
• Execute planned corrective maintenance and complete work orders in compliance with customer requirements.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (EHS) standards and procedures.
• Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and participate in environmental protection practices.
• Report all health, safety, and environmental incidents and participate in investigation processes.

Requirements

• Educational background as an Electromechanical Technician, Electrician, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Intermediate proficiency in programming Fanuc and Motoman ABB robots.
• Intermediate knowledge of MIG/MAG welding, as well as resistance and projection welding.
• Intermediate experience with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Intermediate knowledge of PLC, mechanical maintenance, and electrical board maintenance.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO-14001:2015 standards.
