Assembly Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support daily equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure minimum production downtime
• Lead improvement projects specifically for Die Bonder, AVI, and Oven equipment
• Drive initiatives to improve equipment uptime, reliability, and productivity
• Support machine qualification, setup, and buyoff activities for new equipment or process changes
• Collaborate with Production, Process, and Quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to support production during equipment escalation when required
• Good communication and teamwork skills
