Assembly Line Technician

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned assembly lines to ensure daily output, quality, and process improvements are met
• Load components into machine fixtures and operate spot welders
• Perform visual inspections of products and pack parts off press conveyors
• Complete accurate hourly quality checks and daily production reporting
• Assist with preventative maintenance, machine adjustments, and weld tip changes
• Identify, diagnose, and help correct equipment problems and perform machine fault recovery
• Assist in the training of manufacturing team members

Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
• Ability to manually handle small components up to 20 pounds
• Physical capability for horizontal reaching, twisting, forward bending, and squatting
• Must be able to work the 3rd shift

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Experience working with robotic weld machines
• Experience performing weld tip changes
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting
