Assembly Line Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly team and develop/train assembly operators
• Act as a subject matter expert on products and standard operating procedures
• Assemble, wire, and package products according to specifications
• Provide daily feedback and reports to the Production Manager
• Support inspection and quality activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures

Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift up to 75 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the lawn equipment industry
