Assembly Leader Process Industry

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate assembly work in customer OpEx and CapEx projects to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery
• Monitor and optimize resource allocation to meet project schedules and customer requirements
• Oversee and maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process and implement corrective actions
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, legal requirements, and customer specifications
• Train and develop team members in installation routines, safety protocols, and project-specific best practices
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals and expectations are met

Requirements

• Documented experience as an assembly leader, production leader, or similar leadership role within the process industry
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Solid understanding of quality control, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Good problem-solving skills and decisiveness
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of Swedish work environment regulations and industrial standards
