About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage industrialization activities from RFQ through equipment reception to Start of Production (SOP)
- Prepare technical quotations, equipment budgets, and investment requests
- Define and monitor industrialization and timing plans for new projects
- Perform and review DFM, MPPS, PF, PFMEA, layouts, and equipment specifications
- Coordinate equipment design reviews, development, build status, and acceptance
- Perform cycle time studies, line balancing, and define part feeding concepts
- Provide technical support to improve OEE and reduce production costs
- Support continuous improvement and productivity optimization activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in industrialization or automotive manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and DFM
- Experience with equipment specification, procurement, and acceptance
- Fluent English communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and team-oriented mindset
