About the role
Responsibilities
- Validate the assembly feasibility of parts and tooling on assembly line stations
- Analyze assembly issues encountered during the industrialization phase
- Propose and implement suitable technical solutions
- Update process documentation including FOP and operating modes
- Update assembly graphs and assembly sequences
- Formalize assembly feasibility agreements with suppliers and manufacturers
- Monitor field issues and lead associated action plans
- Collaborate closely with industrialization, production, and supplier teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of assembly processes
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive assembly methods and/or product-process industrialization
- Experience in a factory environment (bodywork or assembly) is highly appreciated
- Proficiency in CATIA V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of industrial tools such as SIGNE, RVT, OneView, BOM, ProAPW, DST, or TPR
- Professional fluency in French
