About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch materials and assembly assignments for installers and subcontractors for sun protection products
- Align, plan, and organize required assembly capacities
- Communicate daily with customers, installers, and internal stakeholders
- Act as point of contact and assistant for construction management
- Support project and assembly management at assembly-related interfaces
- Process repair orders, complaints, and warranty cases
Requirements
- Completed technical education with good commercial understanding, or commercial education with technical knowledge
- Organizational talent with high assertiveness and strong customer orientation
- Good MS Office skills
- Ideally, knowledge of windows, facades, sun protection, or building elements
- Independent, results-oriented work style and team spirit
