Assembly C

Responsibilities

• Perform simple to semi-complex electro-mechanical and magnetic assembly work
• Assemble electro-mechanical parts and perform inner chassis wiring connections using various tools
• Execute magnetic assembly processes from core and coil assembly through to final stages
• Perform cable assembly according to shop order instructions and engineering drawings
• Read and interpret hardware descriptions on Engineering BOMs to identify physical characteristics
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with all company safety rules and regulations
• Communicate technical issues, concerns, or questions to supervisors and support groups

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in electro-mechanical hardware assembly
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
• Ability to pass soldering tests and obtain ANSI-J-STD-001 or IPC610 certification
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English
