Responsibilities

• Work in a cleanroom environment adhering to strict protocols, including wearing cleanroom suits and required PPE.
• Prepare, measure, and mix various chemicals, such as acids and solvents, according to standard operating procedures.
• Operate chemical benches and related equipment efficiently while maintaining precise chemical compositions.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation for batch records, safety logs, material usage, and inventory tracking.
• Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures to meet manufacturing output and quality requirements.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, including OSHA and environmental standards, to handle hazardous materials safely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR an Associate's degree with 1-3 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience operating chemical equipment and handling chemicals.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills (data entry, email).
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications

• High level of attention to detail and good hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and adaptability skills.
• Self-driven approach to completing goals and tasks with minimal supervision.
