Assembly Advisement Workplace Coach

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing coaching, performance improvement, and technical subject matter expertise in support of the Boeing Production System
• Utilize expertise in areas such as mechanical, fluids/pneumatics, electrical integration, or composites fabrication to solve problems
• Analyze and interpret performance and quality data to identify and mitigate production risks
• Conduct process assessments and provide feedback on improvement opportunities
• Assist manufacturing managers and team leads with Structured On the Job Training (SOJT) plans
• Provide instruction, positive modeling, and timely feedback to help team members improve proficiency
• Establish strong interpersonal relationships to ensure team members feel valued and included

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of experience in aircraft manufacturing assembly processes and procedures
• 5+ years of proficiency using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work variable shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or detailed work instructions
• Proven analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Specialized manufacturing experience in mechanical, fluids/pneumatics, electrical integration, or composites
