Assembler/Tester 1

Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft engines and sub-assemblies according to assembly floor sheets (AFS)
• Ensure product quality, integrity, and adherence to safety standards at all times
• Execute engine pre-dress, test, and post-dress procedures
• Document all build, test, or strip activities to ensure smooth workflow and shift coordination
• Maintain tools, equipment, and parts to ensure they are clean, FOD-free, and undamaged
• Assist in troubleshooting during assembly, testing, or disassembly processes
• Contribute to FOD prevention, continuous improvement, and EHS cultures
• Work rotating shifts (2 weeks days, 2 weeks afternoons)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of technical college education in aircraft trades
• High degree of mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the aircraft field
• Awareness of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) standards
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
