Assembler Tester

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble peristaltic pump drives and heads in compliance with BOMs, drawings, and assembly procedures
• Perform calibration and testing of products in accordance with strict specifications and quality standards
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system to prioritize daily workloads and meet customer demand
• Adhere to rigid work instructions and record all test results following departmental procedures
• Champion Lean manufacturing and 5S principles to eliminate waste and maintain an efficient, safe workspace
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and process validation for new equipment
• Manage material replenishment by actioning Kanban signals and maintaining sub-assembly stocks

Requirements

• Proven manufacturing background (experience in medical device manufacturing is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
• Practical experience with 5S processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to "right first time" quality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer demands and shift rotations if required
