About the role

Responsibilities

  • Safely handle, install, and assemble large, heavy steel components to support manufacturing and testing functions.
  • Operate various equipment including manual/pneumatic hand tools, hydraulic torque wrenches, hydraulic tensioning devices, hydraulic presses, steam systems, overhead cranes, and forklifts.
  • Assist with mechanical test programs, manufacturing procedures, and the installation of various test devices.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and a clean work area.
  • Communicate and coordinate activities with team members to ensure products are shipped on time.
  • Travel to perform field operations at onshore or offshore facilities as required by experience and training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in heavy equipment assembly, heavy equipment manufacturing, or oilfield services.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow mechanical drawings and written procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with hydraulic torque wrenches, hydraulic tensioning devices, and heavy lift equipment.
  • Basic mathematical skills and a strong understanding of mechanical devices and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work physically demanding 8 to 12-hour shifts, including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Must be a US Citizen (Dual Citizenship is not accepted for this position).
