Assembler

Responsibilities

• Safely operate press machinery and production equipment
• Assemble injection-molded parts onto automotive lighting components
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and work procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to support production

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience is helpful but not required
