About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform production duties as assigned by the Team Coach and Team Leader
- Set up workstations and assist in changeovers and Lean procedures
- Conduct visual inspections of work in process and finished products
- Check process and finished parts using checking fixtures and gauges
- Ensure safe operation of all equipment and follow quality, production, and safety standards
- Adhere to all applicable ISO 9000 policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Identify and highlight concerns or opportunities for process improvement
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Proficiency using required hand tools and air guns
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ISO and Lean Manufacturing standards
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with team members
