Assembler

Responsibilities

• Perform production duties as assigned by the Team Coach and Team Leader
• Set up workstations and assist in changeovers and Lean procedures
• Conduct visual inspections of work in process and finished products
• Check process and finished parts using checking fixtures and gauges
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment and follow quality, production, and safety standards
• Adhere to all applicable ISO 9000 policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Identify and highlight concerns or opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Proficiency using required hand tools and air guns
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of ISO and Lean Manufacturing standards
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12am)
