About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly of steel cabinets and components using hand and power tools in accordance with technical documentation and quality procedures
- Prepare components, materials, and tools required for assembly tasks
- Execute production orders according to the daily schedule
- Conduct quality control of assembly operations to ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles
- Report technical issues, material shortages, or defects to the shift leader
- Collaborate with the quality department to eliminate non-conformities
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar assembly or manufacturing role
- Proven experience operating power tools and hand tools
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- High level of responsibility, diligence, and communication skills
