Assembler

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of mechanical and electrical components according to work instructions
• Conduct ground bond testing and perform basic assembly rework to resolve defects
• Utilize PIV equipment for crating and packing requirements
• Use hand tools and manufacturing tracking systems to ensure product compliance
• Participate in daily toolbox meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and Tier 1
• Document assembly defects or supplier failures to drive quality improvements

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 0-1 year of experience in production assembly
• Basic reading, writing, and math abilities
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• Ability to work the 3rd shift (7:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Sun-Thurs)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to train others in product configurations to support cross-training
