Assembler

Responsibilities

• Set up production stations and operate air-powered tools and machinery to assemble window components
• Clean, seal, and apply weather stripping to windows and frames
• Use tape measures, drills, and other tools to install hardware and glass
• Fabricate and hang sashes and perform quality checks on finished units
• Load and prepare items for shipping and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow company quality standards, SOPs, and OSHA safety training guidelines

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer skills
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Good work ethic with consistent attendance and positive team collaboration
• Ability to frequently lift, bend, twist, carry, walk, and reach
• Ability to lift/move 50+ pounds intermittently and stand/walk for 8–10 hours per day
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment wearing steel-toed shoes and safety equipment

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
