Assembler - Level 3

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Mydata MY100 SMT machines according to production requirements
• Load feeders, components, and stencils accurately while verifying job kits and documentation
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration, including nozzle cleaning and vision alignment checks
• Monitor placement accuracy, solder paste application, and reflow results
• Troubleshoot machine errors, alignment problems, and feeder issues
• Read and interpret work instructions, BOMs, and assembly drawings
• Support first article inspections and in-process quality checks
• Maintain production logs, downtime reports, and component traceability
• Follow ESD-safe procedures and uphold all safety protocols

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as an SMT Pick and Place Machine Operator, specifically with Mydata MY100 equipment
• 2 years of experience with Mycenter software and job setup/programming workflows
• 2 years of experience with stencil printers and reflow ovens
• U.S. person status required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years of hands-on experience with Mydata MY100 SMT equipment
• 4 years of experience with SMT assembly processes, component types, and feeder systems (Agilis, magazines)
• 4 years of experience with Mycenter software and job setup/programming workflows
• 4 years of experience with stencil printers and reflow ovens (inline systems preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training
