Assembler - Level 2

Responsibilities

• Assemble aerospace components and systems according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures, results, and any modifications made
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and resolve issues
• Follow standardized work instructions and safety protocols to ensure product reliability
• Work effectively within a team to meet high-quality production goals under tight deadlines

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing roles
• Eligibility for Controlled Goods Program (CGP) security clearance
• Proficiency with hand and power tools relevant to assembly tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with aerospace components and systems
• In-depth knowledge of board assembly processes and product process flow
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and procedures
