Assembler III

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical and clean room device assembly and packaging
• Support company goals, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations including ISO 13485
• Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental policies
• Read and interpret manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, and inspection procedures
• Monitor own work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Assist with training new assemblers to meet quality and performance standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred
• 4-5 years of related industry experience in medical device production assembly
• Experience in a medical device environment
• Experience in FDA/GMP/ISO environments
• Ability to use hand tools, micrometers, and calipers
• Ability to operate electrical and mechanical equipment
• Proficiency in using computers for production transactions and training
