Assembler II - Framing

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble frames for refrigeration systems using blueprints, text, or schematic drawings
• Read and comprehend job orders and bills of materials to determine component requirements
• Assemble and mount sheet metal parts, electrical wiring circuits, coils, and controls
• Use various hand and power tools, including drills and screw guns, to fasten parts with bolts, screws, or rivets
• Utilize measuring instruments such as rulers, tape measures, and metal squares to ensure accuracy
• Identify maintenance needs for equipment and tooling
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area while following all safety protocols and using proper apparel

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend blueprints and schematic drawings
• Proficiency with handheld tools and various measuring devices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate on problem-solving
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50lbs frequently
