Assembler II - Final Assembly

Responsibilities

• Complete refrigeration cases per quality standards and work order instructions
• Perform sub-assemblies including installation of inside backs, ceilings, shelves, and panels
• Execute wiring and installation of top lights
• Read and comprehend job orders, bills of materials, and dimensioning information
• Use hand and power tools to fasten parts with bolts, screws, rivets, or fasteners
• Utilize measuring instruments such as rulers, tape measures, and metal squares
• Use electrical testing equipment like dielectric testing or voltage meters
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area while following all safety protocols

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency with handheld tools and power tools
• Proficiency with measuring devices and instruments
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and bills of materials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs frequently, and up to 100lbs with assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive manual tasks throughout a shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
• Fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving
