Assembler II

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend orders and work orders
• Identify parts and their placement on assigned product lines
• Use hand and power tools for assembly functions
• Utilize measuring instruments including rulers, tape measures, and metal squares
• Fasten parts using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or fasteners
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling
• Work as part of an assembly team to complete units

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, pull, squat, or kneel
• Ability to work in a production environment with temperature variations and noise

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience
