Assembler II

Responsibilities

• Complete refrigeration cases per quality standards and work order instructions
• Perform sub-assembly tasks including installation of inside backs, ceilings, shelves, and panels
• Execute wiring and installation of top lights
• Read and comprehend job orders, bills of materials, and dimensioning information
• Use hand and power tools to fasten parts with bolts, screws, rivets, or fasteners
• Utilize electrical testing equipment such as dielectric testing or voltage meters
• Read measuring instruments including rulers, tape measures, and metal squares
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area while using required safety apparel

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency with handheld tools and measuring devices
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and bills of materials
• Proficiency with electrical testing equipment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently and up to 100lbs with assistance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate on problem-solving
