Assembler-I

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods following approved work instructions, drawings, and SOPs
• Operate assembly tools, jigs, fixtures, and production equipment safely
• Ensure assembled products meet specified quality standards through self-inspection and in-process quality checks
• Identify, record, and report defects, deviations, or abnormalities in the production process
• Achieve assigned daily production targets while maintaining accurate production records and traceability documents
• Follow all EHS rules, safety procedures, and PPE requirements
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization according to 5S standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and TPM

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as an Assembly Technician or Assembly Operator
• ITI or Diploma qualification
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and equipment
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions
• Basic knowledge of quality concepts and inspection techniques
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in shifts following production requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to the Automotive, Electronics, Electrical, Heavy Engineering, or general Manufacturing industries
