Assembler I

Responsibilities

• Assemble harness cables, switch panels, circuit boards, and various electrical components
• Troubleshoot 12V DC and 110V AC circuitry and repair defects
• Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits
• Perform final assembly of parts and hardware
• Test products to ensure performance meets required specifications
• Report repetitive quality issues to leadership

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, layouts, and written/verbal instructions
• Understanding of both 12V DC and 110V AC circuitry
• Proficiency with common hand tools and power tools (e.g., drills, screw guns)
• Ability to use a tape measure for precise measurements
• Strong mathematical computation skills and ability to read and write
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions professionally
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders/scaffolding, and work in non-temperature-controlled environments
• Successful completion of drug and background screening

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED
