About the role
Responsibilities
- Install and mount non-electrical and electrical interior/exterior components and hardware
- Assemble fabricated parts, components, or other units at designated stations
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications
- Ensure all manufacturing quality and safety requirements are met
- Clean and inspect finished products to maintain quality standards
Requirements
- Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements
- Proficiency with common hand tools and power tools (drills, screw guns, caulk guns, etc.)
- Ability to lift 40 lbs without assistance
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow professional directions
- Successful completion of drug and background screening
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing ladders
- Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled environments
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or GED
