Assembler

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electro-mechanical systems, subassemblies, and components according to technical specifications and engineering drawings
• Conduct functional tests on assembled products to ensure performance meets quality standards and customer requirements
• Perform wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly tasks with high precision
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to execute assembly processes accurately
• Calibrate tools, including battery guns, hydraulic tools, pneumatic guns, and electrical tools
• Identify and report design, assembly, or quality issues to the engineering or quality teams
• Document assembly processes, test results, and modifications made during assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to 5S and safety standards

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly
• Experience using assembly tools such as multimeters, torque wrenches, and crimpers
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues independently
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in the English language

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certifications or training in electro-mechanical systems
• IPC-JSTD-001 certification
