Assembler

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to detailed work instructions and blueprints
• Inspect and verify parts and assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment adhering to company policies and safety standards
• Document assembly activities and report any deviations or defects promptly

Requirements

• Extensive experience in mechanical and electronic assembly in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of interpreting blueprints, assembly instructions, and quality standards
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Experience with troubleshooting assembly issues and implementing corrective actions
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certification in assembly or manufacturing
• Experience in aerospace or industrial manufacturing sectors
• Basic knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
