Assembler

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package parts, hardware, and materials to complete products or assemblies.
• Utilize hand, power, and pneumatic tools to assemble, wire, and install components.
• Pack boxes and crates with various component parts.
• Perform material replenishment by retrieving, picking, and moving stock requirements.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure systems meet product standards and operational sequencing.
• Operate low-level machinery including drill presses and small presses.
• Follow safety procedures, blueprints, and wiring diagrams while maintaining a clean work area to 5S standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous assembly and manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers), power tools (drills, heat guns), and pneumatic tools (nail guns, rivet guns).
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and basic computer skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Ability to stand for up to twelve hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.
