Assembler

Responsibilities

• Perform core assembly and pre-testing of products to meet production output targets
• Strictly comply with national safety laws, company safety management systems, and operating specifications
• Implement product assembly quality control and participate in offline quality inspections
• Identify, analyze, and solve technical problems and quality hazards during the assembly process
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and efficiency projects

Requirements

• Vocational college or Junior college degree (Majors in electrical, mechanical, or mechanical maintenance preferred)
• At least 1 year of relevant mechanical assembly experience
• Ability to read assembly drawings and work according to standard operating procedures
• Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Basic ability to use quality control tools and perform problem analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrician certificate (low to high voltage)
• Other professional skill certifications
