Assembler

Responsibilities

• Assemble units using various hand, power, electric, and air-powered tools
• Perform hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical installations, including grinding and touch-up painting
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems and verify parts against blueprints
• Test, package, crate, and prepare finished goods for shipment or storage
• Identify safety hazards and follow company safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain 5S standards and adhere to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics
• Complete inventory paperwork and computer transactions as required

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electric systems
• Proficiency with hand, power, electric, and air tools
• Ability to interpret blueprints and use measuring devices
• Knowledge of gas and diesel engines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with wire feed welding and plasma cutting
• Forklift certification for loading/unloading trucks and organizing materials
