Assembler

Responsibilities

• Complete refrigeration cases and partial sub-assemblies including tanks, canopies, and base frames
• Read and comprehend work orders and "A" orders to identify parts and placement
• Perform assembly functions using various hand and power tools
• Use measuring instruments such as rulers, tape measures, and metal squares
• Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, and rivets
• Work within an assembly team to build units to completion
• Perform appropriate preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical instructions
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Ability to use measuring instruments for gauging and dimensioning
• Capability to work at different workstations as production needs require

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
